As airtight as one of these can be. Heavy enough to close quickly and yet our little dog (12lbs.), can still easily make it through.

Order this with careful measurements, but insert was different so it wouldn't set properly. My Pet Safe door is over 20 years old so I was hoping made by same company it would fit. Doesn't surprise me though,I send back I will say it look sturdy and look of quality. It would have been easy to install had it fit.

My old flap was ugly and sticky and my cat avoided it. With the replacement, he is now going in and out at his leisure. Very easy to replace the flap on my patio panel. Thank you!

I ordered this as a replacement for one that wore out. It wasn’t cut exactly square but after a slight trim it works fine. Thank goodness it had a little “excess” so that it could be trimmed.

It took a couple of minutes to replace the old flap which had become completely opaque over the years. Now my cat will go through without trying it four or five times before deciding there is no cat on the other side. The weatherstrip on the old one had deformed over the years, so the new one reduces heat loss around the door, which will be well appreciated this winter.

We purchased this as a replacement to our OG doggy door that we’ve had for over 10+ years and fit perfectly.

Reliable and durable, these flaps have been our two Jack Russel Terrier dogs only entrance/exit to the house and after eight years the outside flap needed replacing. The double doors keep weather and insect out.

So happy with this replacement flap!Old one was hanging by a 1 cm section and was worried the door was too old (16 yrs) to find one. The manufacturer directed me to Amazon and the flap was ordered and received within the week. Looks like a brand new door!
