this product is perfect for anyone who has balance problems and struggles to carry cups, one of the best things I've brought to help my day to day living

No quite as balanced as the original unfortunately but nevertheless very effective, from cups and mugs to a small bowl of hot soup

Does not hang level at all. Centre of balance is way off and cup sits at horrible angle. Base is ridged plastic and offers no friction such as a rubberised one would. Cups and glasses therefore can fall off very easily, as pictured. Considering this is sold as an aid for elderly and/or disabled people, this product makes things worse for them and is a liability.

Cheap compared to alternatives, but my one had the handle bent beyond the centre of gravity, so it was lop-sided when carrying. I was able to bend the handle by putting it in a large bowl of boiling water and gently pulling it into shape, then cooling it under the cold tap, so it’s fixable. Considering how much more expensive alternatives are, it’s not much of a hassle.
