it says 7.4-Pounds and then in another spot says Product Weight 27.8 pounds which is it and is it made in USA, thank you

It's certainly not 27.8 lbs, much closer to the 7.4 lbs but I've never actually weighed it. I would assume it's USA made just like all of the IR guns, but in the same aspect even it wasn't, that wouldn't stop me from using this. Great gun, super quiet, and has been issue free for us at the shop. Keep it oiled and keep on truckin
