Well with that mind set if you get a headache or cancer or HIV or a serious infection and need medication then you will just have to die because almost all the over the counter medicine and prescription drugs in the US are from China and Asia. The important thing is IF THEY TEST IT FOR PURITY when it gets here and this product DOES. Anyway I've taken this creatine for 20 days straight and just reordered a bag. I've taken cellucor and body fortress and some creatine I bought here on amazon from some co. in texas and this is far and away the best. There's no BS in it, no sugar, no dyes, no dumb crap like L carnitine that does literally nothing just good ol creatine mono! 1st off! Take 5 grams a DAY with food maybe 1-2 hours before working out and take it EVERY DAY! Some companies have put bogus info out there that you need to go through a "loading phase" this is purely a marketing ploy to get people to burn through their first bag quickly and 5 grams is the most you can take, any more than that is just a waste. Creatine needs to build up in your body and I didn't get any effects until maybe 12 days after starting. When it kicked in.... IT KICKED IN! I have WAY more energy and I work out hard and have focus and when before after maybe 2 sets I'd start goin into la la land or tuning out or losing interest the pumps I get keep me interested. Seriously you get crazy pumps and it makes you wanna do more and it drives you. I noticed marked recovery improvement too if I tore some muscles lets say my calves before it would take like 3-4 days for them to heal but now it's maybe 2-3. In general I have more energy whether it is not being as tired when getting home from work or doing some yard work or cleaning, I just have more energy! I love this stuff and I love creatine in general. There are soooo many supps out there with all kinds of claims from test boosters to preworkout nonsense and amino acid this and that it is all bogus.
