(Low quality fork. Doesn’t last. See YouTube video on fork. I returned this.) This was my original review. This got the attention of the manufacturer and to my surprise they contacted me about the issues I had with their product. They assured me that they had addressed all the issues, and asked to give it another try. I have the improved version of the fork now and am in the process of reviewing it now. This type of response from a manufacturer and seller makes for a great buyers experience. For this reason I’m changing my rating and will be posting a new review of the improvements. Excellent customer service. I didn’t go to a 5 star yet due to not yet completing the review of the revised shock. Stay turned for further review updates.

I ordered the 29 inch fork and it came like a 27,5 “ and did not fit my 29” tires. The inner measurement came 14” instead of 15”------------------------------------Hi all, I have changed my review to four starts.After my previous review the company approached me and apology for the mistake, the send me a new fork free of charge that was the right measurements and it works perfectly.Thank you for your great customer service and follow up. I will buy again from your store.
