I bought this for the days that I work from home since my job does entail being on the phone throughout the day. I used to use a cheap gaming headset but I could never hear whoever I was speaking with well and they said the same for me. This headset has been fantastic. It hooks up right to the computer through Bluetooth and I can hear whoever is on the other end of the call perfectly. It doesn't take too long to charge up full and the charge lasts a very long time..

Been using Jabra Steele until it died, but didn’t feel like putting that much back into another right now. The only real negatives I have is that it’s a little bigger than the Jabra and doesn’t have access to contacts in phone so it spits out the number calling instead of giving a name (if # calling is in contact list). Been months now and I’m still saying “answer” when I get a call, but doesn’t do that either. What it does have is noise cancellation that beats any other headset I’ve ever used that was way higher priced than this, and same goes for battery life. It’s a trade off. I miss my features from Jabra, but for the price and not getting bitched at every time I make or receive a call (ie) Outside with wind blowing, driving with window down, sticking hand in tater chip bag, or basically being around anything that isn’t silent…. Can’t beat it

The headset is comfortable to wear and lasts for over 8 hours of zoom calls. everyone can hear me clearly and the mute button allows me to walk around my house while working and not worry about running back to the PC when I have to unmute to talk.The headset so good i bought a 2nd one for a friend

I like the sound quality. I like the design. I looked forward to using it. But in a couple of days, it would only last 2-3 minutes, then die, even after 24 hours in the charger. I returned it and got a prompt replacement. It was good for about a week, then it started doing the same thing.

There are lots of similar headsets on the market. The sound on this one was too muffled for my taste so I returned it. Clear highs are important for older users like me, as we tend to lose the ability to hear silibants. If you're in the same boat, you might prefer a different headset.

The headset has a hard plastic piece behind the silicone tip that rubs hard against my ear, it's quite uncomfortable. The sound is a bit tinny and hard to hear. I'll be returning mine.

This product fits nicely in my ear without discomfort. Easy to pair with IPhone.
