My husband made fun of me when I got this, but now he's using it all the time! It's small and great for travel, even when out running errands. We have iphone chargers in all our cars but I don't have a charger for my apple watch in all cars. This is perfect to take along in case my watch needs a boost while we're out. Price was good and it charges fast, even when doing a phone and watch. I'd buy it again (and might get another for my husband)!

I love the power of this portable charger. It fully charges my iPhone and still have left over battery for your Apple Watch. It does take a while to recharge with the charger that it comes with but if you use a computer charger it chargers faster. Get it!

This charger does what it says it will do, and do it pretty quickly. When I received it, there was some charge on it. I used it to try it out, and it was easy to use and did the job. Since then I charged it completely, and it has charged my watch a number of times. It is portable and attractive. It’s a little heavier than I expected, but so much that I won’t take it with me when I travel. I’m satisfied.

This works very well and having the charging cable built in is very handy. My only complaint, and why I’m not giving 5 stars, is that it’s a little difficult to charge my watch. The circumference of the charger is not a big as the watch so if you set it down in any way other than watch face down the watch will pop off of the charging magnet. Not a huge deal for me but you can’t really just put the watch on the charger and set it in your bag or purse to charge while you’re out.

Get so many compliments on this. It’s so handy! Love that it can charge multiple ways and multiple items. Fairly lightweight too and the color makes it easy to find in a bag.

Perfect size. Super handy and compact for when your iphone or Apple watch runs out of juice. Charges everything quickly.

Great for traveling and very compact. Well worth it!

Update 2: iWalk customer service replaced my unit via Amazon; the new one works. Customer service stayed in contact so that issue got resolved after a few laps. Maybe there is a better way for them to verify that a unit does not work. They were good natured about it. I have softened criticism in earlier parts of this review (see below) therefore.After second unit also does not respond to double-clicking per instructions, customer service after some (days of) delay verified that the product has been changed but the printed instructions were not.Update: Customer service responded to my email customer service request by requesting that I send a video of their product not working. That is not easy to do: you jack this product into your phone to charge the phone, so you can't use the phone to video the process. Besides that, how do you video anything in the act of not working? I did my best, by using this product to charge my watch instead ( which it also fails to do correctly) and taking a video of that. But most email won't allow upload of enough video to show much. Send them a video of me double-clicking their one button and nothing happening, taken with with one hand holding the phone and the other one double clicking, relying on sound of clicking to verify.Product seemed great, but after reading all the instructions and trying it repeatedly, it does not work. It always turns off after about one minute 20 seconds. Same behavior with an Apple watch ( which it does start charging ), a phone, or both together.I charged the battery pack fully, then connected it as instructed, and it worked well for a minute or two. The instructions say to double-click its button to put it in low current charging mode, but that doesn't work. ( its indicator light is supposed to flash cyclically, but instead it just turns off ). Update2: this feature no longer exists, which is why it does not work.I called customer service, who wanted my name, phone number, email address, what product, etc before answering any questions. Then she said she couldn't help, but that eventually somebody would call me back. Has not happened yet. ( Update 2: they never called me back, but they responded via email to Amazon review.) I am currently planning to go find the packaging and send it back. Since there is only one button and I have tried it easily 50 times every way possible, I don't see how customer service can help anyway. ( Update 2: customer service had Amazon send a replacement, not to return original. It went into battery recycling since it is basically a battery. )
