Beautiful colour
I always use Colour Splash, very good quality and beautiful colours..also good value for money

Not red
Easy to use, but not a bright red as you would think Christmas red to be more pink/ red tones than Berry red.

OK but not great
Felt like I needed to use a lot more of this to make red velvet cake. These tiny tubes are ridiculously small not really worth it. Kept it though as I needed it.

Perfect for Red velvet cake
I used this to bake a red velvet cake because liquid good colouring doesn't work as well in this situation. You'll need more than one tube... Be sure to check the recipe.

Not really red
Well this definately isn't red. (used for buttercream and fondant) More pink and then a darker murky pink as you add more. I'm pretty sure Xmas Red is supposed to be nice and bright. Maybe I'm mistaken. Please be wary when buying as its not a true red colour.
