Simple, makes great pizza
I've only used it on Wood Fired setting for neapolitan pizzas, but it's been spectacular so far. I haven't been fighting any of the battles that outdoor ovens seem to have requiring rotation partway through the bake. I haven't had any issues yet, about 15 pizzas into owning it. I haven't tried making naan or anything, but will down the road. I find the pizza from this to be better than anything I can buy near me, and it's fun to try out topping combos. It was expensive, but camelcamelcamel alerted me to a price reduction and I don't regret it.

Pizza! Pizza!
I absolutely love this oven! It’s worth the higher price. There’s a bit of a learning curve to making the pizzas, but it’s worth the time to learn. I love the pizza peel that comes with it. I think I’ll purchase another peel to have a second assembled pizza ready to enter the oven.

Perfect for homemade pizza enthusiasts
Bought this after reaching the limits of what can be done in a conventional oven. The price is a little high, but I've had good success with Breville appliances in the past and decided it was worth the gamble. What a pleasure to have something work exactly as advertised! The high heat produces restaurant-quality pizzas that simply can't be achieved at the regular 550F, all in under 2 minutes. Don't get discouraged if your first few don't work out. It is necessary to use more flour than expected and work really quickly if you have a high-quality, well hydrated dough to avoid stickiness. It took about 3-5 attempts to get this right, and now we couldn't be happier! Beautiful leopard spots and a crisp base is super easy to achieve. You can also par-bake your own bases (about 1 minute is enough) and freeze them for comparable results if you want to make ahead. Only down side is it would be helpful to have an oven light, the door can be a little sensitive and close on you if you're not careful, and it is a little difficult to clean as some have noted. The lack of a light can be overcome with a flashlight though! :)

Great oven with a very odd and small size
This product has terrific insulation and there is a tonne you can do with a 750F oven with some creativity. You have to be careful not to burn things and modify recipes. The size limitation is pretty serious. I had to buy a few new tiny pans that fit, at barely 12 inches. The curved edge inside makes square pizzas impossible to accommodate - unless its 10inch or less each side with no room for error. It doesn't fit a quarter baking sheet for example. A 2 inch tall pan like shallow lasagna pie barely fits, but again no room for error. The door opening mechanism kills about 1 inch of interior vertical space that would have made this oven more versatile.Overall, I love the temperature range and the insulation. I have used the manual mode more than the pizza settings. I have cooked fish, potatoes, bagels, pizza, baguettes, cauliflower, baked beans, cookies, naan in it with great results. You have to cut the cooking time by at least 30% and be conservative with the top temperature. My kitchen is cool after cooking many dishes and I can cook a lot faster. Minute changes like removing circular edge and even 0.2 inches additional height would make this oven a tonne more versatile for different shaped bakeware. I hope there are good reasons for these design choices.

Be aware that a standard 12” pizza tray/pan will not fit.
I rated this oven 4 out of 5 due to the small pan size and the confusion around the inside pan dimensions. If you are planning to use pizza pans, be aware that the “standard” 12” pan will not fit in to the oven. So, I could not use my pizza pans. The maximum diameter pan is 11-3/4”. If you intend to use pizza pans, look for pans with a total diameter of 11.75” or less. 12” Sicilian square tray will not fit due to the rounded heat shield on the back of the tray. With all of the information provided, they never gave the dimension of the pizza stone or max pizza tray diameter. They claim the capacity is 12 cu-inches. This is a meaningless dimension. Cu-in would be length x width x height. Since this is round, the pan that was provided is 190 Cu-in.Likewise, the marketing “tool” used by Amazon stating “other customers also purchased”, showing 12” pans, adds to the confusion.Aside from the dimensioning concerns described above, the oven looks great, very contemporary. Fits well on to a standard counter top. I have just received the oven a few days ago, so limited experience at this time. However, I did make a couple of pies with great results. The accompanying instruction manual with suggestions and tips is very refreshing. The instructions are well written in standard English, easy to understand and properly detailed. The exterior of the oven stays relatively “cool” to touch even at the higher temperatures. They did send along a pizza peel and pizza pan for deep dish pizza. This is a good thing since the standard 12” will not fit.So far, I am pleased with this purchase, but not happy that I had to retire all of my 12” pizza trays/pans.
