It has the perfect amount of cushioning and firmness. It “gives” just enough to help me regain my balance after a brain injury without causing me to fall. Also it’s the first pad I’ve found that cushions my badly injured knees without allowing me to sink to the hard floor. (I’m on the heavy side and I should have been looking for a balance pad instead of kneeler or gardening pad.) I can now bathe my dirt dog myself and save the money I was paying the groomer! My My dirt-dog jack will jump for joy when he learns about this find because it means he can play in the water and mud more often!
