There is no hold function for peak wind speed; if you aren't watching it when it peaks you won't know.

Does what it is supposed to do and works great. Easy to change the units according to your preference, and shows temperature. Works completely silently.Includes a 2032 battery and a lanyard, the orange bit is a protective case.
