Adulterated Honey
The texture of the honey itself seemed unusual but still kept it as I was buying from this seller for quite sometime now. So had developed a trust for the brand. But this time the Honey that I received completely broke my belief in the brand and the seller. The honey is a very very thick gooey viscous liquid (or almost solid should I say?) more of a concoction of sugar and some other things whatsoever but surely far from pure and raw honey. I am so disappointed. This kind of unethical practices is surely no way for start ups to retain a loyal customer!!P.S. The seller contacted and apologized for the product quality and also had delivered the same item, the gesture that I genuinely appreciated. . made me feel valued as a customer. . Nonetheless, hope that the product issue was a random incident and would definitely like to opt for brand in future. .
