Very happy with my purchase. I've been using a destroyed cell phone that had a butterfly crack across the screen. It would freeze and the touch screen was not working in different spots. I got this phone today and it is like brand new. So happy with this purchase. A+++++

I love this new phone. I went from an A21 to this and OMG! Pictures are so much nicer. Great purchase, it was unlocked as advertised, shipped on time (I may have even got it earlier then expected and the product is great.

I did unfortunately have to return the first phone that was sent as the screen didn't even turn on. 😕 The replacement was even better and is working great!! Very pleased with my purchase.

Getting a renewed phone always scares me because you never know what was replaced. But the S21 that I received was perfect. Looks brand new and I love it!!

From the day I received the phone, it kept having a sim error. The company was extremely hard to work with and wanted me to clear the phone and send it back before they would send me a new one. That would have caused me to lose everything in the phone that I transferred from my old one and to go 6 to 10 days with no phone. All this for a phone that was supposed to have an Amazon warranty. Amazon would not help me either. Both Amazon and the reseller gave me the run around until I gave up and paid the ubreakifix store $100 to fix it. I advise not to purchase from this reseller and to not buy Amazon warranty products because when something goes wrong you will not get any help. I was not trying to get an extra phone for free as I would have sent the one with the error back and if I didn't they could have charged me for the second phone. I simply wanted a phone that worked.

It came as described. No issues. Working well with good battery life.

My phone arrived in one day like promised. So far no problems with it I've had it 3 days. I paid for excellent condition, I received what I would call very good condition compared to other sellers with excellent condition refurbished products. It had some grime in all the corners, case marks, and the edges are rough and knicked. The screen was in great condition, and even though there is a good size scratches on my camera housing, the lenses seem to be okay. So far. I'm going to get them three stars, because two might be too harsh but I really don't like the difference in standards with this company compared to others. I'll update if my phone has any other issues.The s21 itself, really does get hot while charging. I do not like that. It's very small and a lot less storage than my Note 20 ultra, but I bought it knowing this, because to me it is the greatest thing ever to have a nice light weight phone again, and it's totally capable of everything I need a phone to do. I am no longer in an executive position where I need a note ultra. The phone seems to be fully functional. I AM an AT&t customer, and when I bought this phone it said it was fully unlocked for all carriers, but turning it on it was still definitely connected to AT&t so I can't really say if it would have worked for Verizon. It is an AT&t phone. I did not have a problem transferring my SIM to this phone, and I don't know how it works if it was somebody else's but it is fully functioning for me on my network. I don't know maybe I will do three stars. It really was pretty dirty, scratched noticeably, and on a dedicated network phone, unlike the description stated.

Looks brand new. Well packaged, though not as fancy as one from ebay. I have bought several refurbished phones and never a problem. Go for it!
