I grew up using this ointment/Cream for my dry nose in the winter time.I am so glad this is available here on Amazon, because my mom used to send me some from Germany from time to time, but she is in poor health now and can't send it anymore.I put some on a q-tip and apply it to the inside of my nose where it gets so dry it bleeds during the winter months. It takes about 2 days and my nose is all better.It gives relief right away though and that is what I really appreciate.

I use Siccisan for dry eyes, but you can no longer buy it by itself so was hoping to find something similar but cheaper.This is much thicker and opaque; it is similar to smearing your eyes with petroleum jelly. (Remember that scene from Shallow Hall?)However, when the inside of my nose is dry and cracked - this works like a dream so it is definitely worth the purchase.

Wow this stuff works great!

This product worked great! The anterior inside of my nostril was irritated and would bleed after blowing due to allergies and dryness. It just didn't want to heal. I used saline nasal gel and spray, which helped, but didn't fix the issue. I used this, and after the first use, it started to heal it. Great product!

Although it is a very good product, the price is way overpriced. Even with product being imported from Germany, the price is too steep. A two-pack in Germany costs barely $4.00. Would not order it from here.
