My hat came with pins, how do you put them on the hat?

In my case, mine didn't came with pins I bought it separately I set the middle one raisin the velvet black ring of the cap, the eagle in the upper par of the cap it was more hard for the middle metal wire in side the cap beside the problem of keeping the pin in the middle

Missing badges.

The package was all torn open woth a invalid package sticker holding it together, the hat was squished but other wise good quality, the badges were missing witch is why I have put 2 stars. Not impressed with the torn open package and missing badges.
