First use and I can tell the difference. As with anything it all depends on the individual and how much toxins you have in you. I have been using for 4 days and I have slept better. I did have to use the bathroom several times but that's what it's supposed to do. You can smell the herbs in them but you can't smell them on you.

so i put it on before bed , & i woke up the next morning ,& this was my result , i had almost like burn spots on my skin & it itches really bad & i’ve been tested im not allergic to anything , not sure the cause but after reading some of the reviews & having this happen to me also i wanted to let others know

I was hoping to see the results but I couldn’t. My skin is allergic to the tape and I had to stop using it for a while. I have not restarted it yet.

Traverse cook this product for two days and for both of those two days we both had a terrible night sleep. Wouldn’t use this product together

I admit I was skeptical about any benefits that mugwort would have, but I have become convinced that it accomplishes at least some of the things said about it. I have been using this product for almost a month now on a three to four-times-per-week basis. I have less trouble with constipation and diarrhea despite not making any diet changes. The bowel changes are the first benefit I noticed, and this took about a week before I began noticing any significant difference. At the same time, prostate issues have lessened by at least 50%, and my lower extremities' neuropathy and muscle achiness have improved by about 25%. I have not experienced weight loss while using mugwort, but I have not actively been working to lose weight either.I realize that these benefits are hard to quantify reliably and that hardcore evidence on the benefits of most alternative medicine is hard to find, but I am convinced that I have received some benefit from using this product. The included tape works well, and none of the patches have loosened during the night.The product description is accurate, and the price is reasonable. If you feel you might derive some benefit or are just curious, there is little to lose by trying this product for at least a month. I like this product and am glad I decided to try it. I will definitely get it again.
