Great purchase if you are OK with its drawbacks
I wanted to write a review for this as one of the other reviews here was super helpful in my decision to purchase this. Saw this from a popular study Youtuber’s videos and she had a discount code for the official website, but I decided to pay the upcharge to get this keyboard sooner rather than wait months (according to comments in the official website, their shipping time is really long). Note that I’ve only had this for 3 days so I will not write about durability/longevity of the keyboard.Key points:- You are buying from a third party seller, which is why it is more expensive than the official website. Up to you if you want to pay the extra cost to not wait as long for shipping, or save some money (there is currently a discount on the official website as of typing this, plus you might be able to get more discounts from affiliate links online) and wait for shipping.- This keyboard is not intended to be the most functional, ergonomic keyboard out there. It is mostly spectacle, with its lights and typewriter-like look and feel. I’ve seen a YouTube video reviewing this keyboard a few years ago when it was still new and compared it to other keyboards. I don’t know if KnewKey improved the design since then, but the YouTuber sort of already dismissed the keyboard from the beginning.- If you know what you are paying for, yes, it is worth the money. I wanted a keyboard that is cute and felt like I was typing on a typewriter, and a smaller keyboard than the usual sizes because my hands are smaller.- This is not going to feel exactly like a typewriter—the keys are not heavy at all, but there is the clicky sound when you type. I press down hard when I type so it’s really loud, especially in my echoey office. I don’t mind tho—that is what I wanted.- There are a lot of options for backlight on the keyboard, but yes, it is bright and flashy and should come with an epilepsy warning or something. I don’t have epilepsy but some of the lights did give me a headache. I knew that the lights were flashing before I bought so I immediately changed the settings to only lighting the key I touch.- I bought this mainly for my work laptop, as I have a regular office job and am on my work laptop all day. My work laptop is a Lenovo and I use the USB to plug in the keyboard directly to my laptop. It works perfectly with my laptop and paired easily. I have used to on my personal laptop (MacBook pro 2012) but only with the USB and it works just as well. A little bit of a delay on certain websites but not something that will bother me.- I tried this on playing Minecraft (which you typically just used WASD and space bar for the game) and it works perfectly. I don’t play any other PC games so I am unsure if this is good for any other games, but it works just fine on Minecraft, although it can be quite loud.- Since I used this using the USB, I have not had any issues with the battery life. It has lasted as long as my workday. Cannot say anything for Bluetooth, though.- I have tried this on Bluetooth as well and paired it with my iPad Pro (2020) and my phone (iPhone XS) and both paired easily.- The toggle on the left side actually does serve a purpose and not just for aesthetics: you can toggle it to change from direct USB connection to Bluetooth connection, which I think is really great because it makes it easier to pair when on Bluetooth mode- The metal backing attached on the back does support my phone and I don’t have it pictured but it also holds my iPad Pro 11in. easily. There are two ways your can attach it (pictured). The first way is almost vertical—I recommend using that way for holding heavier devices. The second way is definitely not functional at all but it does hold my iPhone (with a grippy case) at a angle almost horizontal. This way will not hold heavy/larger devices.- The knob on the right side that controls the volume DOES NOT look like how it is pictured in some of the pictures off their official website. The black keyboard should have a rose gold knob and the white keyboard (the one I have) should have a shiny pink knob like the keys. The black keyboard just has a plain black knob and this white keyboard just has a plain white knob. To be honest, I did not even notice until I read another review on it. I think it does suck it does not come as pictured and makes it look a bit more cheap without these extra details (even tho this keyboard is already expensive). I am choosing not to make it a deal breaker for me, so it will depend on you.- The typing is taking me a while to get used to as the keys are more separated than my previous keyboard. I do still have to stretch my fingers (I have very small hands).- When I connected it to my MacBook Pro, the keys functioned like an Apple keyboard (the cmd button is used instead of the cntrl) while when it was connected to my Lenovo it functioned as a PC keyboard.- The weight of this keyboard is really good, I think it is quite heavy for a keyboard. Granted, I only ever had cheap and light keyboards, so I don’t know how heavy they are supposed to me. This keyboard definitely has a good weight to it.- This has 2 USB slots so that it can connect to multiple devices at one time, although it only came with one USB, so you will need to purchase another cable if you want to connect this to multiple devices. I believe you can only use USB mode OR Bluetooth mode, not at the same time.- Overall, yes, it is a splurge on a keyboard, but if you are looking for a specific keyboard and are able to afford this, I would definitely recommend.

Best Purchase I've Made
I am completely obsessed with this keyboard. I spent a lot of time comparing different wireless typewriter style keyboards and this one won out. I charged it up when it first arrived. It took me a bit of time to figure out how to actually connect it via Bluetooth and turn the lighting off. But once I got it hooked up to my tablet, it has been wonderful. I love to use it mostly to write using my tablet's Google Docs. I haven't had to charge it again since I did the initial charge, but I will say I go a few days between uses, so I think it goes into a sleep mode. If you're thinking about buying this, just do it. You will love it.

Very aesthetic.
Note: You are buying this keyboard from a 3rd party retailer and not from KnewKey. So yes there is a mark up. And I am totally happy paying the up charge instead of waiting for KnewKey to ship the keyboard to me from China. Right now (July 2021) there are reports of people waiting 3 months to get the item from direct from KnewKey.Anyway:Just got this today so I can't stay anything about how the battery life is yet. It's so pretty, it sounds amazing and the keys feel so nice. The return leaver on the left side is made of plastic and it chnaged the keyboard from wired to Bluetooth. The knob on the right changed the volume, the keyboard comes with a metal tablet/phone stand and it will fit a iPad with a thin case. (Mine is a Zugu case.) it fits best with the volume buttons down instead of up though, so that puts the home button on the left instead of right. But I am happy it fits without me having to remove my case everytime I want to type. The keyboard wire is really basic and kind of a disappointment, it's 30 inches long. So it's pretty worth less, so if you want to use this plugged into your computer as your everyday keyboard get a longer mirco USB. It does have 2 mirco USB ports on the back, so you can use either the left or right port to charge or plug in to your computer. It has a lot of led settings and modes and you can turn them off if you don't like the back lighting. Even on the pink mode the led lights are ice blue/white.This keyboard does have multimedia controls. Some of the frist models where released with the wrong Bluetooth pairing instructions but mine came with the correct ones. If you need them I have included them in my photos. There are also 3 remembered devices, so you can hook up your tablet, phone and computer. (if your computer is Bluetooth compatible ofc)If you are used to large keyboard this one might take some getting used to when it comes to the key spacing. But if you have a smaller keyboard like on a laptop or a smaller gaming keyboard this will not be to much adjustment. It's very aesthetic and I love it so far. I will try to update later.

Love Love Love It!
I had purchased another model sold by this same seller. I returned it due to the letters on the keys being difficult to discern so I opted to get the white one since the lettering/numbering stands out more. I also like the keys which are rounded versus the other model where it is a saddle key. Anyway, I love the sound that this one makes, I feel like it has more of the typewriter clickety sound than the other model. The small thing that I noticed that I was a little worried about was the volume knob. It seems to be a bit more Wobblies/fragile than the other models. Seems like it could break off easily, so I am being very gentle with it as I use it. Also, I had issue with the previous one having certain keys that are manufactured to not be lit up which I found to be problematic because I couldn’t make out the keys due to no backlighting. This one that I have now (the white one) has the power button lit up which is great, I can tell it is on when the rest of the lights are off. The $200 and some bucks that I paid was a major splurge for me, but I thought what the heck I have been eyeing this for a while now may as well go for it and I am glad I did. I have been inspired to write my novel and it’s just all around fun! Great product, I really really hope it lasts a long long time. I will give an update in a few months…I say go for it and get it…it’s beautiful!
