Works Like a Charm
Built a Pool & cabana for a client and could not find a non-slip tile to match what was existing. Looked around and found this product. Found some porcelain tiles that were close enough and used this to seal and coat. Couldn't be happier.

This is not a matte finish
Applied to a test tile and discovered this is semigloss. The matte sealer is not as advertised.

Matte is SUPER matte.
It did exactly what it was supposed to do. The only thing I am disappointed about was I was assuming the gloss on the tile would come through the matte. I didn’t want it to have too much gloss so I got the matte. The result was absolutely no gloss. It completely sealed the gloss and converted it to matte.It still looks fine. So I’m not too concerned.

Bottles Half full - used products or misleading advertising!
Solid product works well! But was shipped 2 bottles half full either these were used or they shipped intentionally.. Either way is disappointing. Please do better!!
