Superb durability
I bought this in October 2023 and am writing this review now because I was searching my past orders for the same trimmer. This incredible device went almost 3 years without any complaints. It is still working great now; the only issue is that the battery backup has decreased.

Used Product
I received a used product. I found hairs on the trimmer, and there are oil/grease marks on the box, which clearly indicates that the product may have been previously used or opened. I ordered a new product, not a used one. Please arrange an immediate return and provide a full refud.I have attached photos .

Be careful on seller
Product is very good. We can buy. But concerning sellor,They don't have professional ethics.They try to cheat people by selling defective product which I guess was returned by someone earlier.I don't recommend everyone if seller name is Electronic Bazzar then don't buy this product and waste your valuable money.But I thank to Amazon.I received genuine product after returning defective products.

Good product worth the price
The smaller comb is slightly disshapped. Rest of them are good. If possible I prefer to get replacement of the smaller comb (only). As I started using the trimmer I don't want to return it. It works well.
