I got that product in very good quality. It is made for only gaming and daily online works. It's sound quality is good but not excellent But It's base sound is so superb! It is like the ₹5000 condenser mic is available in under ₹1000.

There are some things, I want to mention before the review. 1. The headphone is too big and bulky to put it on your neck and go running, it's only good for using it while sitting in one place. 2. You can only use the RGB if you're using it on your pc, as you'll need to plug in the usb somewhere. So, if you're planning to use it on your phone, you're gonna have to use a powerband, and don't put the usb in a phone charger and try to use it that way. The headphone does not have a battery and though it might work at first, it might ruin your headphone. The packaging was absolutely horrible btw, I'm surprised the headphone wasn't in pieces. Audio: 8/10 So, the headphone's audio quality is actually surprisingly really good. Especially if you're using it for gaming or watching movies. I tested the audio quality on YouTube, and it seems it could be better for listening to songs that rely heavily on bass or rather electronic music, nightcore remixes, dubstep and such. Not that good for classical music, rock and some genres of pop music, but I'm sure it's not too that bad to be a deal braker. RGB: 9/10 This is the best thing about this headphone. At this price range I've never seen a more aesthetic looking headphone. The RGB changes coolers and everything and on both sides as well. Mic: 4.5/10 Mic isn't the best by any means, but it can do the job perfectly if you're using it for calling and to talk to people on a game's voice chat or voice typing. But it's definitely not recommended for content creation for YouTube and twitch and such. If you need a mic for professional use, you are going to have to buy a separate mic, as you'll not find a good mic that's attached to your headphones anywhere unless you increase your budget. But at that point, it'll be cheaper to just buy a separate mic. Comfort: 4/10 The headphones are not that comfortable at all. But that's expected, it has a good audio quality and comes with a mic, they have to cut corners somewhere. Barely any air can get to your ears so your ears will get hot and sweaty in about 30 minutes of use, maybe less, so you have to take it off once in a while. And not to mention that the inside of the ear cups does not have anything soft, it's just hard plastic. It doesn't bother me because I have small ears but if you have larger ears, it will start to hurt. This is the biggest take away from it. Overall: 7/10 It still is a good headphone, and you should buy it if you don't have better budget. This headphone was worth the money I spent.

Very good excellent look and sound works flawlessly and its so loud if you use full sound. Its so great to use.

Defective piece received. Only one headphone is working. On top of it, no replacement option given. Whenever I click on replacement, it directs me to company website and company customer care where I have to listen to long recorded audio and they are giving me service centre numbers. I simply want to cancel order or replace the defective piece but this is so pathetic experience. Even Amazon help also diverts to my order and the same loop takes place. Why can’t I simply get it replaced or cancelled?

The product functions well. However, the in-line volume control causes it to slip down slightly and not stay fixed at the top, so it requires frequent readjustment. Additionally, I noticed a drop in sound quality after 1-2 months of usage.

The audio quality is really good the confort is also good and the mic is good overall a WIN product definitely should buy one yourself
