Before I got this product I had to eat really soft food or chop my food to small bits in the food chopper. Even Saltine crackers hurt my mouth. My gums were SO sore and my teeth seemed ready to fall out. When I did chew something it would become stuck between one of my back teeth and the one in front of it. It was always very painful. A filling DID fall out. 2 teeth are broken off and just little black things in the back of my mouth on the other side.So far, I have only been on this for 1 week. But I will say by day 2 I noticed the pain in my gums had gone away! I can chew food without pain! Even if I get food between my back teeth, I can wait until I normally clean my teeth to floss it out. Did I say I can chew again? WOW!I have a dentist appointment this coming week. I will use it as a starting point to see what progress this product makes with all that is going on in my mouth. But I would definitely say this has helped me so far. It came in a 3 month supply...so not sure what the big deal is on the price that folks are complaining about.We shall see 3 months from now. Thank you for SOMETHING that helps!

I was used to these being chewable, with the benefit being that the probiotic nutrients would be absorbed through the gums, giving direct value to them. I quickly reordered through Amazon, and found these to be the best price for a 3-pack. Upon receipt, I realized these are capsules and not chewables. Returns were not accepted so I am now separating these into a small glass of water and swishing it around before swallowing. Probably the same benefit as before but more of a hassle. Doesn't have any flavor like the chewables, which were minty tasting. I recommend passing on these and getting the chewable ones which seem to be a better product for mouth health.

Have never taken any kind of probiotic so I can't compare it to any other. I've been diagnosed with Hashimoto's Disease. So these things I can tell you. My husband and I both started taking this. My husband has horrible bad breath and doesn't brush often because his gums bleed. He takes the recommended dosage. Immediately, bad breath gone, gums still bleed a little. he lost 2 lower teeth but I don't think it was from the product. I could only take half the dose. I do brush a couple times a day but noticed that my teeth feel much cleaner. Also although it took probably two weeks both of us are digestion is way better. I can't explain why it just is.

liked chewable better

I thought I was getting the soluble tabs that dissolve in your mouth. I like those very much, but these are capsules. The writing on the bottle is very tiny, and difficult to read. Are they chewable? I guess I will find out, but for those who just ordered a few bottles on the internet, and then really liked it, be aware that these are capsules. I don't understand how they could have the same benefits if they don't dissolve around your teeth like the others did.

I'm using it to get regular and lose a little weight.

I wanted to reorder the chewable version and instead could not tell and ended up with capsules. After a month of taking them, I developed severe gum disease and had to have a tooth removed. They advertise as preventing gum disease and they do not.

This product was a scam !!!!, it should have been a gel chew probiotic, instead it was a capsules containing unidentified powder , I’m disappointed and definitely will not purchase it again!!
