It works. Quality control could use some work.Arrived missing 2 machine bolts

This is a very heavy unit, but it is very effective is pulling heavy objects. A little challenging to use but actually worth it.

Haven't tested with a heavy load. Noticed that if lightly loaded pulling with my arm/body 30-40lbs, on the chain, and with switch to lift, then put in neutral, it tends to freespool the chain out. Maybe it needs a heavier load on the chain to stay put when switching from lift to neutral and to lower?Will test again with heavier load and update review.

Overall great chain but I feel like the load rating is subpar for the bulk of the hoist
