Liquitex Professional Fluid Medium, 118ml (4-oz), Slow-Dri Blending

I bought a few mediums, mod podge, and varnishes. Haven’t used any of that stuff before. My favorite product is the slow dry medium for painting, and finish with matte spray coat (rustoleum brand). The medium makes the paint flow a lot better and you can keep working with it longer before it dries. It’s similar to painting with oil, without the horrible mess. My niece loves it too. We use it every time we paint now. I also tried the high gloss medium but if you aren’t consistent in the amount you use, the gloss is uneven. Uneven gloss looks bad. I’d rather just use gloss coat at the end, so i’m not sure what the point of that stuff is. I haven’t tried the other types of mediums yet.

It works very well! But at the same time, i still don’t know how to use it, but it did increase the realism for my drawing!!

A must have with acrylic paints. Great product great value

It does what it’s suppose to do, what else can I say. It extends the time of the paint by about 5 min or so, and you don’t need much. What I didn’t read is that it was a glossy medium. I recommend the golden brand gel retarder though.

So useful and great to work with. I can never go back.

Exactly as advertised and arrived in a timely fashion

Liquitex flow medium is good way to enhance the workability and spread of of acrylic paint.I t also slows drying process and gives and even sheen, which is kind of compares to eggshell for wall paint. Mostly paint with oil but I love this product and a drop or two goes a long way.

It makes the paint super easy to blend while still helping the paint to remain opaque and does a wonderful job at thinning and making the paint easier to move around. If you use too much, of course its going to take a little bit longer to dry than without it but it doesn't cause any problems for me. I love that it also keeps the original texture of the paint instead of making it overly glossy or matte like some other extenders I've used have done.

Mi piace molto usarlo perché ritarda l'asciugatura dei colori. Attenzione a non esagerare perché diluisce il colore in grosse quantità!
