My dachsador (dachshund/lab mix) LOVES the taste of this! I make his food and according to several nutrition calculators, what I make is a little bit low on omega-3 and calcium. So I supplement his food with a half scoop of the stuff. I tested it first by just putting a tiny little bit into the bowl by itself and he was super happy to eat it up. I can tell that he’s taking it on board because his breath started smelling a little fishy. So I’ve reduced the amount he’s getting. We’ve had it 2 months and have barely made a dent in it. This will last us a LONG time. The directions for use by weight are easy to understand too.

I have my older dog on a prebiotic from Dr. Marty. She is a lot better as she was starting to not want to eat right away and a little sluggish. Now she jumps for joy over everything. This product states it has vitamins plus prebiotics and I'm hoping she will maintain her vitality at a better price. She's only had it once because it just arrived today.

Feel the product is beneficial with quality ingredients…however wish the price was bit more reasonable.

My dogs love this stuff, I add it as a topper on their normal food. I've purchased it multiple times. This last time it came damaged though, the powder was wet while the lid had signs of heat damage.The item isn't eligible for return or refund normally but I was able to use the Amazon support bot to refund and purchase another one.

My golden doodle GI issues and had and recently had an issue with diarrhea. The vet prescribed a probiotic for her to take for 3 days and it cleared up the issue. I thought maybe I should add a daily probiotic/vitamin supplement to her food. Well, I purchased this item and my both dogs suffered extreme diarrhea and my golden doodle some vomiting. My 5 month old puppy only experienced diarrhea and both were started eating grass like crazy when they went outside. This issue lasted about 2 1/2 days. I immediately put them on a steamed turkey and rice diet.

One of the first things I did when I rescued my beautiful chocolate lab was to start hunting down a supplement. I wanted something with bone and joint and vitamins and I came upon this one. I thought it would be a great idea to get her started on it early just in case there was any stomach issues. About a week after I started, she started itching and I thought it was allergies which she was already on allergy medicine. So I took her to the vet and we gave her an allergy shot and the itching stopped.We went through the tub in about a month And she seem to be shinier as people told me her coat looked beautiful. She was always pretty active and people had told me since I got her that she does not act like a six-year-old lab. She is very active. So, during the second tub, the itching came back and I thought well it’s probably the allergy shot And gave it about a week and the itching got worse. So we went to the vet to get another allergy shot and he asked about her food and I told him the only thing knew I introduced was the powder which I had told him about last time. He said let’s try to take her off of it and see what happens. That took about two weeks and the itching stopped.Since we stopped now it has been about a month she doesn’t itch. You can scratch her and her leg doesn’t start going, and like I said, the only thing different is we took the powder out. I know that a lot of people have had good luck with this powder. My experience is different. I understand different dogs will react different to different things. That’s why I gave three and not one star. If it makes your dog start itching, maybe think that it might not be allergies it’s just the powder.My dog did love the taste and she did go after her food but she is a good eater anyway so I’m just gonna say that she liked the taste.

Ice been giving this to my Frenchie for a couple of months now and I do see her coat shines a lot more and it was pretty easy to feed her since she appears to like the taste. Not sure about gut health since frenchies are so delicate and they have upset stomach just because they’re breathing but she appears to be in good shape! I bought this to make sure my Frenchie is getting all her nutrients since I cool for her fresh food and wanted to make sure she’s getting all she needs.
