This spray is fantastic! It really works well. My muscles stop aching and cramping within about 10 to 30 minutes, which is faster than any medicine. I have really bad restless legs and this stuff works better than anything else I've tried.

Ok. I waited to review this because I was nervous. My husband is a big guy and travels A LOT. On traveling days he has legs cramps at night. Theraworx has literally STOPPED the cramps. He tried them on his hands - which can cramp while repetitively using tools and worked for that too! He has cramps on the tops of his feet. Worked there too. Now, he won't travel without it. Not really believing the results, my husband stopped using it - and the cramps came back.. use it - they don't. He says that with Theraworx, he gets a full night sleep (which he thinks is a miracle in itself) after suffering with leg cramps for YEARS at night. I don't get cramps that often, so I use as needed. It works quickly - which is important if you have ever had a major cramp. Honestly, I don't fully understand WHY it works... but it does. I am sure that everyone is different - it may not work for everyone. But I think it's something to say that we have tried on three different people with different types of cramps and have had 100% relief - no kidding. We purchased the 'spray' - not the foam. Not sure if there is a difference there - but I have to say we love the spray. Spray it on... a quick rub and let it dry - which is fast. It's not sticky. Doesn't have an odor. I kinda feel like it's one of those rare things that actually works. If you suffer from cramps, I would urge you to try it - invest just once. And review it! This stuff is amazing. And no, I am NOT compensated or know anyone at Theraworx! But I do tell everyone I know. Having said all of that, I never hesitate to update my reviews should new info seem useful.

I have stretches where I get painful leg cramps that wake me. Using this twice a day reduces those. When they seem to subside for a time and I don't use this the contents lose their ability to foam very well and gets more of a liquid state.

Use it for muscle cramps in my legs. I don't sit often, so I get cramps in my legs sometimes at night. This works! I spray my legs before I go to bed and have no cramps during the night.

I do not usually give 5 star reviews or gush so much about a product. Also I have received nothing for making this review from the seller. Ok, I bought this product out of desperation, I was very skeptical of the claims made for it. I expected to be out the money for it, but it does work! I have suffered from leg cramps off and on for many years. I have tried other remedies like taking potassium and magnesium supplements. The potassium offered no relief, but the magnesium worked some of the time. The problem is that I did not want to take supplements every day not knowing what side effects they may cause. I had to take them every day because even if there were no instances of cramps if I failed to take them the cramps would come back sooner or later. Also, it takes days for the supplements to work and is not 100% effective when taken. I didn't believe a spray on, topical treatment was going to work, but all I had to lose was the price. Not only is the spray fast but it is effective. I have also discovered that one treatment will last more than one day. My cramps are mainly in the lower leg (calf and feet) but on rare occasions in rear of the thigh. These wake me up with a aching stiff leg, frozen in position. Once I am up and have walked it off they can come back several more times with little notice. Now I spray the Theraworx on at the first sign of a cramp and have no recurrence for the night or the next day. The cramps in my thigh muscle (quadriceps) occur when I working in a kneeling position during the day. A quick treatment of Theraworx ends that problem.

Night cramps- awful. I think my spouse believes it works mostly because he gets up and walks around to retrieve it. Pricy imho. Smell is ok.

Have used this for several years now. If you have leg cramps this is the stuff. Spray on and the cramp is gone quickly. Also works well before bed if you have had a strenuous day on your legs. Can sleep through the night without cramping. In 30yrs have never found anything better

This is awesome stuff! I don’t usually leave a review but I am leaving a review. I’ve tried it for two weeks and I love it. My legs would cramp up miserably at night. I use this and they’re fine. That’s all I’m gonna say.
