Works well but instructions are poor
Functions as expected and advertised. Instructions are not well done. They basically send you an exploded diagram and parts and you have to guess which screws are for which parts and what order to assemble. If you are adept at assembly, it’s doable but if you struggle with IKEA or Sauder instructions this is not for you.

Fits my IKEA cabinets
There’s both positive and negative attributes. On the positive side, the shelves fit my older IKEA cabinets, which measure 22.5” wide by 21.5” inches tall. They seem solid and well made. The springs are strong. On the negative side, the product came with very poor instructions and did not include a packing list. We had a contractor install the pull down shelves in the cabinets. When we got to the last step on the last cabinet, we realized the soft close damper was missing from one. I was refunded for the missing damper so I can buy another one on Amazon. You need two people to install. The springs are very heavy and screw holes are in hard to access locations.

Doesn't fit a 24' cabinet with a door
Doesn't fit a 24' cabinet with a door or with a face to attach the door... Unless you're building the cabinet around it, Don't put it together beforehand cuz it won't fit !!!It'll be like you're building a ship in a bottle, after you're cussing it out, or the ppl who made it lol.Good luck !
