These stands are really nice. I thought the base was going to be metal, its actually plastic. It probably states somewhere in the description that they're made of plastic, I honestly didn't read so that's my bad! Because they're plastic, they are lightweight making them not as sturdy as metal. However, they do the job holding up my lightweight dolls. If you're looking to display porcelain dolls, I would opt for a metal base to be safe!

These aren't just for porcelain dolls. We use these for an assortment of out of box collectable figures all the way up to 20 inches tall. Fairly sturdy and they don't distract from the item that they're holding.

Adequate but a bit unsteady for larger sized doll.

I bought these to hoist my neca chucky doll because someone on youtube said these are good but these things suck. there flimsy and feel super cheap. Very disappointed. Varying the height is a far stretch of the imagination because it dosnt stay locked into the peg and just slips right out. Feels like it was an after thought n the company decided to market it that way. I paid $15 and i would've felt ripped off if i paid $5 so rarley do i get burned because i do extensive research before i make a buying decision but this purchase was one of the worst ive made in years.

I would not recommend these stands for American Girl dolls or any dolls with some weight to them. These stands are pretty light and flimsy, so they tip over easily. Inexpensive, but you get what you pay for.

Fait parfaitement le boulot sur des figurines NECA échelle 1/4 plutôt hautes et lourdes.Réception rapide avec Prime, objets emballés dans du papier "bulle" donc rien à redire.Toutefois on n'est pas sur des socles et axes métalliques hein mais sur du plastoc de qualité chinoise à maxi 3€ les 2 départ HK ...mais bon, j'en avais besoin rapidement et je préfère encore engraisser un vendeur du marketplace que les douanes françaises ainsi que Fedex et consorts (car commandes hors UE = attention loterie ! j'en sais qqch avec des pièces autos commandées aux US.....)

Works good with Monster High 17" dolls. It is a little bit of a balancing act, and I've always made sure that the doll & stand are on a stable surface to avoid jiggling & falling. Still, this is the best replacement stand I've found if you can't get the original that came with the doll.
