fits the ROpot perfectly, no issues with the item. while it's a little expensive it will last a long time. no smell or weird taste. water is as good as it can be from the RO pot!

Not absurdly brittle or anything ridiculous. People on the others reviews were right: VERY thin borosilicate class, be careful with it, it breaks if you're not.

I needed a replacement after my original jar broke, and this one is identical. The water tastes great, and the handle feels secure. Very happy with this purchase.

Got an extra carafe came on time and as described works great

My previous (2) Star review comments ,below, were based on a misunderstanding. It was thought that the replacement carafe I ordered was damaged in shipping and not the sellers responsibility. The seller reached out to me and after the confusion was cleared up, offered to refund the cost of the carafe or send a free backup replacement. The seller/Bluevua is addressing the issue of the carafe quality with their manufacturing. I have no issues with the R.O. machine it self. After 18 months of use it still performs flawlessly. Finally and easily just changed the filters. I highly recommend this R.O. machine. I've had this R.O. system for 1-1/2 years already and really like it, But the down size is the cheaply made glass carafe. I've replaced it twice already at my expense. I'm glad I ordered this extra carafe! It's nice to have another full one--we use a lot of water. I also ordered the remineralization device that locks under the lid, to put back some minerals that the Bluevua Filter removes.

My last one shattered after 2 years of use when I set it down on the counter. I was relieved to get a new one the next day. I'll try to take better care of this one!

Product came without the filter - it’s a very expensive jug!
