I have had these for about a month and I can say that they work. Now all the bars are hollow if you want solid metal look at something else. For the weight values I'm using that is not an issue.These are the only negative things I can say.The straight bar when I first got it would not rotate 360 degress more like 270. I don't have this problem anymore. I'm thinking some grit inside due to manufacture. Don't forget to put some oil inside, some engine oil or olive oil (more skin friendly) will do. Now this version does not have a drilled hole for you to put the oil so just put it on the sides and spin it around.The ropes plastic handles are hollow. Now this won't be an issue I think, but I compared it to a pulldown roap I purchased somewhere else 5 years ago and the handles on that rope are solid. The rope seems an inch longer than my older one.This set does not come with Clips/carabiners I would buy the 3inch ones on that chinese site that starts with a T cheap and good quality.This is a good set for starting out.Another thing I like is that my hands are smaller so these handles are not too thick they fit comfortably in my hands. My wife uses these no problem and she's 5ft 100lbs so a pretty small person.

Got the $20 bundle with tricep rope and D bar handle (parallel grip thing?). The quality is very impressive. Nice and heavy metal, very heavy rope as well. Can't really ask for more at this price.
