Good product for its price. Easy to use and very effective for troubleshooting.

Bought it for work, at first it was working great, very bright light and I was able to find my splitters easily. After a while, though the light just started getting weak. Tried a dozen different brand new batteries in it. The light stays the same. Now I can't even use it because it's so weak, had to get a different one. ( no, the problem is not the batteries, I tried them in another tester and they worked well)

Product quality is average, laser light strength is less

Bought this in July 2024. Since then I used twice: first as soon as I received it . When I tried 2nd time last week, it did not work. Tried new batteries too. Customer service if you read this review, please contact me - definitely like to have a replacement otherwise it is kind of wastage of my money for one use.
