This product is unuseable for me because the jagged "safety surface" of the step is painful ony feet. Very poor design!

This definitely does what it says, it makes it easier to get up on those higher steps. I needed mine for in the garage because Because I have 2 cement steps that are big and then where the door frame is it's a lot higher, So it makes it harder for me to step up. This works very well although the one I got is a little warped. But when I step on it, its fine. I kind of wish there was a longer or wider 1 but this will have to do.

My mother is 91 yrs old and has lost several inches of her height over the years. She is barely 5’ and has a difficult time getting into my SUV to go for her doctors appts. I got this stool to set at the car door so she will have a slight height boost to have an easier time reaching the seat. This stepping stool is nice and wide and feels stable and secure. I’ll provide an update to this review after our first use.I can see this stool benefiting anyone, especially an elderly person throughout the house. This is a must have!
