The product is amazing!!!
I love it! This is the most effective product I have ever used it actually works, you have to use it 3, or 4 times on the same spot. Or doesn't leave any scars on your skin at all, unless of course you scratch yourself alot before using it then that's on you. The heat is a little crazy on it. But other than that, it actually work...I would definitely recommend this to family and friends as long as they don't mind the heating element of it. Till this day I still haven't scratch after using it. Thank you very much. This is a life saver. Love it!!

DO NOT BUY, cannot zip back up after one use ? apparently this item is not available for return ?which makes me question Amazon's return policies. would be fine if zipper worked.
