I use this every morning in my yogurt (plain, organic, whole milk) and it has made a huge difference in my energy levels. I say it has normalized me. It took me from lethargy and did so quickly. I learned about ribose on an integrative cardiologist's site.

I decided to purchase this product due to the mitochondria benefits. I have CFS and Lyme disease. I added this to either my orange juice or smoothie every morning. The product is naturally sweet and blends easily in liquid. Unfortunately, I did not feel any benefits from this product so stopped taking.

I mix with fractionated coconut oil for reducing crepiness.

I am using this product to add to olive oil and grapeseed oil to apply to my face for moisturizing and health. I added it to the oils and within 30 minutes it had dissolved with minimal stirring. I'm very happy with it

Works as described! Can tell the difference when I miss my dose!

This is my 2nd order but when I removed the lid there was a bunch of sticky residue on this tub. Returns are annoying but this doesn’t look appealing. Gave 3 starts bc the 1st tub was fine & it didn’t taste bad. Kind of a slightly sweet vanilla flavor. Idk how bc i don’t see any flavoring agents on the label. But it’s def not hard to take.

Dissolves fast and easy. Great price.
