This appliance has a design flaw. The plastic part that transforms rotation from motor to the bowl (and then blade) is extremely weak at shaft location and easily wears out; it cannot handle the torque applied with the powerful motor.Pros: powerful motor, adequate capacity and versatile attachments.UPDATE:The seller contacted after return and turned out that the problem was due to an issue in assembly process in factory. They offered a replacement.

I love my Magiccos food processor! To be honest, I mostly bought it because it can make french fries. And it makes beautiful french fries! It is fast and efficient. I was surprised at how incredibly smooth the food processor whipped up a can of coconut cream. I think the design to insert the blades is very clever and easy to use. I don't use a dishwasher and was nervous about cleaning it by hand. But I found it very easy to clean by hand. The food processor is better and much quieter than my old cuisinart food processor!I also had a wonderful experience with their customer support team. These days, it seems very rare to encounter such great product support.Now I love my food processor and am a big fan of Magiccos.

This processor works really well, is not hard to set up if you take your time and follow the steeps. Nice attachments. Ground up chicken and pork in a second. 2 large cabbage for slaw in a second. This can go up against any processor even small commercial ones, in my opinion. Not complaining but it is a little bigger than I thought it would be and it takes up more counter space than I wanted but I knew the size before buying so thats on me. Works really well, just make sure you have counter space for it.

This makes food preparation so much easier on my arthritic hands. It's so easy to assemble, disassemble, use, and clean-up is so very easy! I love the large hopper and the dual feed tubs are great for larger and smaller items. It grips my counter so nicely and doesn't slide around with the powerful motor. It's so versatile with all the different blades and inserts. The two speeds plus pulse are convenient, too. I can't say enough. I've used this about a dozen times over the last two months and have not had one problem, and not one question that the manual doesn't address. I wish I had bought this much sooner! I can't wait to harvest our garden and start making portions for over the winter meal preps. Thank you for this quality product! I've had rheumatoid arthritis for 30 years. Not only does this help my hands, but my back and feet as well, as I'm not standing in the kitchen all day.

The first thing I thought when I received this product was that the actual bowl looked very shiny and beautiful but I was quickly disappointed with the base. It was bulky, which is probably what it's supposed to be -- I don't fault it that -- but it was cheap-looking and felt very cheap also. I tried to plug it in and lo-and-behold, it did not turn on. I tried going to different outlets around my home, figuring that was the cause, but I gave up and returned it. I just did not like how it looked and didn't think it was worth it to get a replacement when I can save up for something more expensive that will last me longer and look way better.I also find it curious that when I bought, it had 13 5-star ratings and now about two weeks later it has 170 5-star ratings 🤔

The media could not be loaded.  Previous to this food processor, I only had a simple one that would blend food. I needed something that would do more as we are making a lot more meals at home to be healthier and also to save money by not eating out so much. I was impressed when I saw all the things that this food processor can do, so we decided to try it and had nothing to lose if it didn't suit our needs.It arrived packaged very well. It comes with your standard metal blending blade, plus the plastic one for dough. All the other extras that make cooking and baking a breeze are all of the othet attachments that come with it for things like shredding, slicing, chopping, and even making home made french fries in seconds. The 2 speeds and pulse mode are both very useful. The large capacity cup and large shutes make a big difference compared to my last food processor which was quite small in comparison.The machine is very heavy and sturdy. It sections to the counter so it doesn't move around at all. It took me about 10 minutes to initially put together and figure out where everything goes. Once it is set up, it literally takes seconds to prepare for each use by attaching the appropriate attachment.Tip: When I first set it up, it wouldn't turn on. I thought I it didn't work and thought there must be a hidden on/off switch. It doesn't have a separate on/off switch, turning the dial on the front is the only on/off button. So, I did the motor test by removing the cup from the base and pressing the motor trigger button down and it worked fine. It turned out it just took a little elbow grease to turn the main attachment firmly into place, then it worked like a charm.We've been making all kinds of healthy snacks and meals since we got this and it definitely makes things so much easier as it does all the prep work for us.

Overall this is a great machine. It does everything I need and it is very powerful.However, there was a glitch, after about 6 months of use. We were trying to shred cheese one day and we noticed when a block of cheese was placed in the shredding enclosure and gently pressed upon with the top black cylindrical insert, to help it enter the 'shredding zone'... the unit would stop spinning. No more shredded cheese! Turns out that a central piece of the work bowl had been damaged by its powerful torque and great pressure.This was fixed very quickly by the guy at Magicos' support. He responded to my query within 15 min of sending an email about the problem, and offered to ship two replacement work bowls! He also gave advice about how to use the machine more effectively to prevent this issue from arising in the future.Suggestion 1: Turn to max speed while shredding cheese or something tough like that, while running speed is very slow please do not push too violently, if you choose an inappropriate speed, excessive torsion and resistance can damage the work bowl.Suggestion 2: Do not let the food processor work more than 5 mins to avoid possible overload damages to the work bowl.I was impressed by the quick and knowledgeable support request! So if you have any problems with this machine do not hesitate to reach out to them. My machine is working again just fine.

I’ve recently purchased this Magiccos’ 14 cup aluminum food processor, and it is amazing! This product is an absolute time saver, and reduced a lot of time during my food prep. The cup capacity is big enough for handling large quantities of food effortlessly which is perfect for my big family size. The different shredding blades cut and slice food perfectly into thickness exactly how I wanted. I also really like the suction cup base that keeps it stable during use, which is very safe. Also, the cleanup is very convenient because it’s parts are dish-washer safe. The overall quality is absolutely amazing!

I like the 5 different attachments which enable me to choose exactly how I want to chop up veggies. It’s quiet and fast! The only reason I didn’t give it a 5-star rating is because I thought the opening on the top would be wider.
