These shoe inserts seem pretty good for the price. Not super stiff but add some cushion. I ordered a size up based on another review that the women’s sizes are off, but it was a little too big. My husband kept those and I’m ordering another pair in my true size.

Good insert for the price. Not the greatest for doctor's orders, but they work well on the off days. Just know they are good but not great.

These are very comfortable

I have rally flat feet no arch at all. Initially I put these inside a pair of converse shoes and they were more painful than the original soles. I switched then to my running shoes I wear during 12 hour hospital shifts and they are great. It aligns my ankles and I can feel the difference. I don’t know if they would work in a dress shoe due to the size but I plan to start switching over most of my shoes to these insoles
