This silicone cupping set is made from quality transparent silicone. The transparent silicone is soft and elastic which is easy to squeeze. Just squeeze the cups to an oval shape, apply to the body, and squeeze back to a circle shape for suction. Transparent cups also let you view the treatment area and reddening of the skin. Silicone cups require no hand pumps, fire, and are safe. The soft material is comfortable on the skin for use in retaining cupping and massage moving cupping.

i am so stupid
box was bigger than expected and cups were suck inside each other. had to force them apart. they were a see thru yellowish color and looked used. after pulling apart, i boiled them for 15 minutes. because i am not good at math, he mentioned the deminsions in his description but because they are large, i can only use on stomach and hip area. they are very had to squeeze and i wish that was in his description. i use an oil on my skin to help them slide and they do help with the pain in my hip but i wish i never ordered these. i did read others reviews which helped but you don't know about an item until you try it and if a review is bad, it could be the opposite for another or vice versa. some people lie about stuff because they might be embarassed or something. if you are a petite person, can only use in only couple of places. i am waiting currently on a cupping set of plastic from japan so that is why i got these until i get my other order. good luck if you buy these

These are Fantastic! Work Great and Easy to Use
Ok, first let me say...these are stiff the first use. What you have to do is have someone with good hand strength get at em and break them in a little. I had my teenage son do it for me. Only took him 4-5 minutes.Once you soften them up a bit, they are great. keep in mind...you do not need to squeeze it all the way to get it to suction. You only need to squeeze it a little and it will obtain a good suction. I do have large hands though and I am a MT so my hands are strong. I'm 5-8 so if you have real small hands you might be better off with the small cups. These cups are fairly large. Best for covering large areas such as the back and thighs. The pro of these cups is the larger size isn't as intense as the small ones so you can cover a lot of area with out leaving too much redness. As well, covering the larger areas quickly helps with time management. If you want to work along the upper back , neck , feet or other nooks and crannies your going to need the small set. These are too large for those areas. To address something on some of the other posts....these cups are not good for stationary cupping and if you want to use them on yourself anywhere besides the front of the body, you probably wont be able to.If your trying to cup your back or shoulders, you need a stationary cupping set with an extension tube so you can reach your back. These cups are best for myofascial cupping, which is a type of massage done with the cups in slow gliding strokes. That is hard to do on yourself unless your doing your thighs or abdomen for cellulite. These types of cups are not good for beginners. If your new to cupping start with a hard plastic set that comes with the hand pump. Much easier to use.If your a MT who wants to get into cupping you need both types. This type for gliding techniques and the other for stationary cupping along the meridians or areas of restriction and tension.

Not a good material-comparatively
The other sizes wer softer and easier to use. Even when warmed (and I have extremely strong hands) these were hard to squeeze. They also are too hard to follow most body contours. They came as a pkg w other sizes that were much more plyable. In general, cups are wonderful, maybe this was a bad batch(?).

Great Product- Tested and True
As a very busy massage therapist with over ten years experience and having used all sorts of therapy tools, knubs, rollers, wands, and also 3 other brands of silicone cup (bellabacci in 2 different sizes is one)... I find these Large (and also the medium size) to be the best value and easiest to work with I've had this far.I've used them on at least 50 different clients since last year and have had only great feedback. All of my regulars love that I integrate their use into treatment and are even disappointed when I forget to bring the cups along (I am a mobile therapist) I use the large and medium cups on different sized areas for best success. The only difficulty I've had is when I try to use them with oily hands. My suggestion: use a folded facial tissue to hold onto the cup.

I have tried glass cupping and I prefer the silicone cups. They seem to produce a better result(for me) than the glass cups used with fire.

Too hard
They were so hard and stuck together that I could not separate them or even manipulate them. Returned for a refund

Don't buy these cups
Would not recommend these cups at all. They were hard and barely gave any suction at all. I have used cups for years and never had such a bad priduct

Tough material
Overall these are a good product but the size was too big for me as I have small hands, and therefore the suction was not very strong. In comparison to the medium size cups, the material also seemed tougher, and harder to squeeze. I would recommend this product but my preference is for the medium size.
