Are you able to customize these? Add or omit information?

The one we received was pre-printed. No option to change. It has definitely made a positive impact on the rides since. Tips increased significantly, people felt free to ask about a phone charger, turn heat/ac on or up/down without it being ackward. Allowed for better customer service.

There is to different pictures for this item. Is the one either the blue side with dark blue lettering? Or black side with white lettering?

The left side of the sign is dark blue with updated white lettering to make it more easily readable. We apologize if it appears black in some pictures - it is dark blue.
