Good Quality and Prompt Info from seller
Very happy with the product, when I received it wasn't sure how to wash it for the 1st time use as most posts online were for maintenance, sent an email and within 10 minutes received a call from seller who answered all me queries patiently, this was very impressive as it was a Sunday and he still reverted immiedately, thats a sign of a good buisnessman. The product was well packed it was intact and have been using it for now 2 weeks.

This Is Value For Money but I got some minor defective piece, but no issues, i again this ordered. Overall Water Tank From Copper Master Good 🙂 product.

Bad experience
I placed an order for this item. When I received it, I found black marks inside as well as on the lid. Thought it was oxidation. But the marks will not go even with cleaning with lime/tamarind solution as the seller suggested. Moreover, for an 18ltr copper dispenser it weighs like a feather. So I placed a return request within the return window. Now I'm told the item cannot be returned and the Amazon CS agent gave no details as to why. The only thing she said was the correct item was delivered. Never mind that it's defective and return request was placed within the return window. As a longtime Prime member, the key reason for using Amazon services is because of ease of shopping and peace of mind in case not happy with the product. Very unhappy with the purchase experience and this will most certainly affect future purchases. Buyers, beware of this product. You don't know what you will get.
