This is a weird supplement. It's one of the only supplements that you can actually feel doing something. I really didn't like it my first day, it felt strangely like an antidepressant. Emotionally flat and I just felt off. My reading suggests most people don't experience that, and that I got unlucky. I powered through it and now I feel amazing. It's honestly shocking how noticeable saffron extracts benefits are- for me it's all day energy, improved mood, improved focus, and conversation sharpness. The capsules themselves are extremely tiny and easy to take, but the potency is there. The smell is super strong and I hear some find it off-putting, and for me it does upset my stomach and kill appetite. Overall it's a good quality extract for the price.

Taking the recommended dose alongside breakfast (I empty the capsule into juice and drink), I instantly felt the effects come on and slowly reached the peak effects about an hour or two in. I noticed an increase in motivation, energy and alertness, a mood boost, and a calm focus that lasted nearly the whole day. I felt like I could think more clearly. I take this supplement once a week and highly recommend. I’d also like to state that I advise against taking more than the recommended dose, as 30mg seems perfect. I tried taking two one time and for many hours, I had a headache, felt overly focused, too alert, and got pain in my abdomen.

Absolutely love this stuff. In a better mood all day when I take these. Patience level has dramatically increased.

Not sure what their method of extraction is but it's different or more thorough. Comparing different brands to this, you will notice the smell of this is very clean and spice like. The color of this is also orangish-red. Other brands are green or brown powder which means there is green plant matter getting in there or the extraction process is affecting the saffron color. Their smells also aren't as pure. As for the effectiveness, it's also unmatched. It very noticeably gives a solid motivational oomph. I found Saffron from some pubmed studies comparisons to methylphenidate(Concerta, Ritalin). This feel as close to a real ADHD medication as plant extracts can get (so far). Interestingly, it can also be used to regulate sleep. I have taken before bed and it does not keep you up. It doesn't make you fall asleep either but it does feel like properly structured sleep once awake. A+

Value for money: It's expensive and I haven't decided if it's worth it yet. The mental effects are kind of like CBD but my head is more clear and it's probably healthier, so if you're looking for something to replace CBD with, you should try this. It also somehow tastes really good in coffee (to me) which doesn't make sense because when I taste it on its own it doesn't have much flavor /shrug. Ease of use: Pill size is small and it's easy to swallow Ingredients are pure and I trust them because it's from ND.

Great product! definitely had results using this. Zen-like positive vibes for weeks. Just wish it was a bigger supply/larger quantity.

Neutral about this sup.. Not sure if I got any benefits with it but It was part of the stack I used to feel better and look better at this time.. Focus was good, sleep was good but hard to quantify. :)
