Maxx-Dri Vest 1.0 SL (M/L, 1-Pack)

Greatest investment. Working 12 hour shifts in 90 degree weather this thing kept me dry. I have used it in the winter as well and it works as well. Will not work a shift without it. Thought it was pricey but worth it after trying it out.

Really does make a difference. It doesn't necessarily make you feel much cooler while it is being worn in the heat, but my heat rash greatly improved since wearing this vest.

It has helped keeping the vest away from my body.

I didnt expect this to keep me much cooler and it doesnt really, it DID do what I thought it would. Which is, it helps keep the vest/carrier off you and keeps your external vest/carrier from having contact with your sweat. Which means you dont have to clean your external vest as often you can just clean this vest instead. One thing I really didnt like is that I have no way of keeping this vest from shifting while I have my external vest on. I used the velcro straps to attach it to my carrier however it would constantly shift and be sticking out on one of my shoulders. It looked messy and unprofessional. I've since stopped wearing it because of that. The only solution that I've been able to come up with is to stitch and shoe goo some velcro to this vest and my external vest to keep it from moving throughout my shift. For the price I would not recommend it.

This was the 2nd order for the same item, but noticed the changes of material. The new vest I got was made from softer material with much tighter mash patterns result in less air flow. The researchers shown the vest was made from the same 3d air flow material as the vehicle seats. ($3/meter). Over priced for the product, and it doesn't work any better the the old version. Returned for full refund.

Ok , so I'm a very skeptical person and this thing is expensive , but my police vest is uncomfortable ,hot ,and gives me heat rashes that make me itch all over my chest and back . First day was ok....couldn't tell a difference .....then everyday after for the past week , I'm cooler ,more comfortable ,and best of all , NO MORE RASHES !!! Bring on the 10 hour work days .

Product works but quality for the cost is not there. The velcro strap tore after 2 uses. Seller will do nothing about. Overpriced and lack of quality .
