Defective Out of the Box! Zebronics Has Lost My Trust Completely
⭐ Extremely Disappointing! A Terrible Experience from Day One! I was never particularly fond of Zebronics, and this purchase has only made my opinion worse. The headphone was delivered today, and to my utter disappointment, it failed to work properly on its very first use! Imagine receiving a brand-new product and discovering that it doesn't even function as expected right out of the box. This is absolutely unacceptable. A customer pays for a new product expecting it to work, not to become a tester for defective merchandise. The experience has been frustrating, disappointing, and completely confidence-destroying. Honestly, this purchase has given me another reason to distrust the brand. Zebronics has managed to turn my already negative impression into outright anger and disgust. If a product cannot deliver basic functionality on day one, what kind of quality control is this company maintaining? I expected a usable headphone, not a defective piece and unnecessary hassle. This is the kind of first impression that makes a customer regret buying from a brand and think twice before ever purchasing from it again. My verdict: Extremely poor experience. Zero confidence. Zero satisfaction. Would not recommend. Zebronics seriously needs to improve its quality control and take responsibility for the products it sells. A brand earns customer trust through quality, and this experience has done exactly the opposite. One thing is certain: I regret choosing Zebronics, and I will think very carefully before giving this brand another chance.

At this price, a satisfactory entry level headphone.
For the price at which it was sold, this is a decent entry level headphone. Although some customers had other opinions I guess I got a new unused one that is still working.
