I regularly round my healthcare facility with these and cut cords to unapproved appliances. They open just wide enough for a standard 120W appliance plug wire. Fits in my pocket.

I love diagonal flush cutters. I use them for cleaning up 3d prints, trimming while doing electronics work and I was looking for a small set to put into a mini tool set. These are great for that. I love the locking latch to lock them closed, the only thing I'd really like to see is a little cover for the sharp point when they are in my toolbox. These are smaller so you probably won't get as much leverage as a bigger set but on the other hand these don't take up as much space which is exactly what I was looking for.

I had been looking for quality mini cutters for a while and these are simply perfect.

So, I dunno if it was just a defective one or what, but I was using one of the three I got to cut a rather large, thick zip tie. One side of the cutter jaws broke completely off! I tested the two I have left on the same zip tie, which to be fair is one of the thick industrial zip ties but still, it's just plastic. My regular size flush cutters cut it just fine. The two micro ones cut it but struggled a bit. But at least they didn't break.I am in the industrial maintenance field. I bought these for work, as I often have to check and trace wiring. That requires me to cut smaller cable zip ties, and then tie them back up. I like using these because they are easier to carry than my full sized cutters. I even bought a small belt sheath to carry them in. So far, I am liking the 2 I have left, but I am concerned they might give out on me as well. I hope not, because these are the perfect size for my needs!

I think the cutter is perfect for using when making PCB's. My wife uses one in her resin and bead making. The locking mechanism seems a little stiff and week but I have only been using for a short time. They will seem short when you first see them, however; this turned into a positive for me.

Why do the vast majority of cutters NOT latch shut? I bought these because of that one feature. I am tired of cutters banging around in tool bags, OPEN.These are well made and the latch functions properly.I did not realize how very small they were. I can use them with two fingers and a thumb. They'll be great for tight work, but now I am off to locate some palm sized cutters that latch.-n
