Chunky & Crunchy!
This is the 2nd time that I've tried a similar product from this brand and it's always an adventure! With this bag being mixed veggies, you never know what you'll pick out next!Upon opening the bag, I was so surprised to see the big chunks! It literally has full okra pieces! I thought they would be cut in rings. The other veggies were cut in strips or rounds like chips. They are all super crunchy but with slight variations in texture. The purple sweet potato was my absolute favorite. These have a very similar seasoning as my last product from this brand. Slightly sweet, slightly salty & maybe a bit garlic and soy sauce like. It has a very unique flavor that's hard to describe. Most of the ingredients are very simple and familiar but there are a few that I'm not super familiar with: Silicon Dioxide, Disodium Guanylate. They're probably fine, it's just not something I see often in my foods.Anywho, these were really fun to try. I really liked the big chunks and the unique flavor. Maybe not so much a couple ingredients but you get something in most foods that you aren't a fan of anyhow!

A delicious snack for fans of crunch
I did not expect to love these as much as I do. Crispy vegetable snacks? That seems weird. But I tried a cauliflower crisp snack from the same company two months ago, and they were so good that I knew I had to try these too. The vegetable crisps did not disappoint! Are these like potato chips? Not quite. They have the crunch and saltiness down but with the original vegetable shape preserved. It's a little surreal for a piece of okra to have the same texture as a potato chip. There’s a unique vegetal component to the flavor, but for the most part, this just tastes like salt. I genuinely can't taste a difference between each variety of vegetable. As mentioned in other reviews, there's a lot of potential allergen exposure due to the company's other product lines. The packaging notes milk, shellfish, and eggs while the crisps themselves contain soybean and wheat. So this may not be the right snack if you have food sensitivities. But otherwise, go for it!

Overdone and messy
The well-made chips are covered in sticky powder that requires soap to remove and mask the flavor of the vegetables.

About What You Would Expect, Mild Vegetable Flavor And Slight Salt/Pepper Flavor
When you order this item you get a decent sized bag of veggie chips (a bit under 6 ounces). The chips are dry and crunchy and have a pretty mellow vegetable flavor with minimal salt and pepper flavor. The taste is about what watered down vegetable soup might taste like. The package arrived in good shape and the chips weren't all broken up as some products like this are when the arrive after transit.I'd call this a decent and presumably healthy but quite expensive something you might have around for mindless munching on something. This isn't something I would order again. It's a perfectly good product so long as you like a crunchy snack with a mild vegetable flavor. It seems kind of weird that this company sells anything from vegetable chips to shower caddies. Regardless of that, these are pretty good but not great. If it is worth paying around $30/lb for these veggie chips then you may be quite satisfied if you order this single bag of chips.

Interesting way to eat your veggies
I've tried a few other freeze dried veggies, but not the kinds in this bag. I like how there's a variety in it, and each one is definitely different. Some, like the carrots, are a lot crunchier and more substantial than stuff like the okra, which is light and crispy and basically falls apart. Keep that in mind if you intend to use these to crush them into dust to hide in food for picky eaters: some veggies will need more crushing than others. The pieced are big! There are whole pieces of okra in the bag and large carrot slices. Opening the bag, it looks just like regular vegetables, just much lighter in weight. As someone who likes vegetables a lot, I feel like the actual vegetable taste was very diluted in these chips, maybe due to the dehydration process. They do retain some of the flavor, but a lot of what I tasted seemed to be salt or maybe other seasoning. I still found them to be very tasty regardless.

OK Tasting, But Not Really A Snack
I really wanted to like these veggie crisps, but the reality is, when I want a snack I want something that appeals to my taste buds. These came very close, with two of the crisps tasting pretty good (the carrot and the radish) and the the others just making feel like I was eating something I didn't like. Maybe the maker should package these as separate flavors and tailor the flavorings to better match each crisp variety? As these are, for me, these are just OK, netting a 3 star review.
