Cozy and comfortable
Manual was easy to understand and assemble. Overall this is a good product.After 1 month use,chair makes lot of irritating noises.and it doesnot bend till 180 degree.

Great after sales service and delivery.
I simply loved the Chair. It's as good as on papers! I was been promised delivery on 16 but to my surprise the chair reached on 14. Also, The seller is pretty polite. She was happy to solve all my queries. To my surprise for installation person was sent to my residence and no charges were taken from me. Really loved the after sale service.The chair is super comfortable and feels premium. I feel it would be good for long work hours. Looking forward to testing it...

It's a whole package at a great price.
The delivery was great. Assembly was easy. Good comfort. The chair is loaded with features.After going through a lot of brands like Green Soul, Drogo etc. I finally settled for this one. I'm happy with my decision of going with a new brand. It has been more than one year since and no complaints so far. Moreover, they followed up with me twice to suggest ways to improve the offering further, if any. These people know what they're doing and they're in the right direction.

It is an Ok chair finishing is good could be better
The lamber cushion is bad quality of foam, could have been a memory foam.Overall the build quality is good but with the price , the massager in the chair is below par.Memory foam of the base if okStitching of the chair is good

The chair is strong and super comfy. The lower back masaager never let you feel the stiffness or any pain. Assembly is veey easy. Very happy with my chair. Satsfied with price n product.
