Your delightful toy - follow the line fire engine- is great entertainment and amusement for me and my friends interested in both design and tech, as well as surprise and wonder.(i am especially glad this little truck from you came with batteries. I bought a train caboose version from another vendor- it didnt work- the batteries were not in good condition.)

Ultimately I had to return 2 of these. The idea is very cool, but this particular application doesn’t hold up. The first was received as a gift for my son but had a bad motor and 1 wheel failed in the first few minutes. I ordered a replacement which was DOA out of the box. The motors spun, but the sensor wouldn’t find the line and simply spun in circles.The supplier sent an email asking for a review, but when I mentioned I was having issues his response was to deal with Amazons support policy. I guess he only wanted to hear the good.

When first opened the truck did not work. We had to buy new batteries. Once the new batteries were installed it worked wonderfully. But disappointing to have it not work to begin with and to have to buy new batteries. My four-year-old grandson and seven-year-old granddaughter both enjoyed playing with this and the adults enjoyed drawing paths, too.

Clever toy. We had trouble getting the batteries in correctly but once that was overcome it worked great. If you are having trouble with one of the back wheels not working try checking the batteries to see if they are placed correctly. It's hard to see and the instruction sheet is not helpful on that score.

I bought this for a Christmas gift, so I have not opened it. I can say I really like the looks of it. It does not look cheap. It came with the pen and batteries were included, which is a big deal. No one, especially a child wants to open up a gift on Christmas and have to wait to go buy 4 little watch batteries.

If i could do zero stars I would. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT! After spending $15 in batteries , one wheel doesn’t on one of them, and NEITHER follow the black lines. I bought this last Christmas, my son thought he was moving and had put it away...I finally found and wa super excited to do it with my grandbabies.... DID NOT WORK and it’s to late return this crap. So mad! 😡

I did receive this product Thank You for following up to see if I received it. Haven’t tried it yet as it’s a Christmas gift . I ordered 4 of these and your company supplied batteries 2 others I received came with no batteries at all very happy with my purchase so far . Merry Christmas and Thank You !

Does not work. Inserted batteries and only one wheel barely turns and the truck does not move at all. Will probably have to track down new batteries and see if it works then. Type of battery should be on the instructions. Instructions for insertion of batteries needs to be clearer and larger. Don't skimp on paper for instructions. Would probably not buy this again. Too bad. My grandson loves trucks - especially fire trucks and this was to be for his birthday. What a disappointment.
