Coming from a Tesla with footwell lights, I missed that added visibility at night in my 2018 Kia Niro. This USB-powered footwell light kit was the perfect solution! Installation was incredibly easy – I simply plugged the lights into the USB port in my center armrest and ran the wires. The wire lengths were sufficient to reach all four footwells (under the steering wheel, under the glove box, and under each front seat to illuminate the rear). I was able to tuck the wires neatly under the seats and the plastic trim along the door edges without even needing to remove any panels. The brightness of the solid white setting is just right. It provides enough illumination to easily see anything I might drop in the footwell at night without being overly bright or distracting while driving. While the kit includes a controller with various colors and flashing modes (even music-responsive!), I haven't explored those features as I only wanted a constant white light, which this delivers perfectly. A fantastic aspect is that the USB port in my Niro's center armrest turns on and off with the ignition, meaning the footwell lights automatically come on when I start the car at night – no extra effort needed. The small controller is discreetly placed on the passenger side of the center armrest, out of my sight as the driver and not in the way of any passengers. After two months of use, the pre-attached adhesive on the front lights and the zip ties I used in the rear have held up remarkably well, even with the Florida heat inside the car. Importantly, the wiring was long enough to route safely away from the pedals and seat rails. If you're looking for a simple, no-wiring-required way to add functional and aesthetically pleasing footwell lighting to your car, this kit is an excellent choice.

For the money, this is a nice LED set. It has 4 light strands all controlled by an inline remote, or you can use the app on your phone. I didn't want to use the adhesive to install, so I used the zip ties it came with and fixed 2 strands under the driver's seat and 2 under the passenger seat. Since there is a lot of wire slack, I used 2 additional zip ties to bunch up the wire and hide out of sight. At night the effect is really nice. You can either do a stationary color, or have it cycle through colors and various pulse settings.

Overall good product for some added flare or ambience to your car. Install was fairly easy, the adhesion didn't work but they include zip ties which made it easy enough. Brightness is ok but not like the pictures. I installed in a Ford Maverick and ended up putting both lights directed at the front foot wells to make it bright enough for my tastes. Basic colors work well, red, green, blue, red, purple. You can get other colors but they are very faded variations of the base colors for example Orange turns out like a washed out red. Yellow looks like dim white. The music aspect is good. You need to have the app running amd listening from your phone to truly have it pick up sound and change to the beats. Without app on its more of just random color changes and don't sync to the music. Also be aware my check of your car's USB turns off with the engine off. Mine does not so I have to remember to turn the feature off when leaving the car. That is not a defect of the product but it is annoying.

Super easy to install and they work as advertised. I noticed mixed reviews about the adhesive on the back of the led strips so I just zip tied mine up. I would suggest this if you’re worried about them coming undone. They come with screws but they are really small and would definitely be a pain to install.

Love the different settings. It fits perfectly in my 2023 hyundai tuscon limited! The adhesive wouldn't stick at all, maybe in cooler months but I was a little disappointed. It did come with zip ties and little screws. I didn't use the screws because I have a brand new vehicle and I didn't have anywhere I could use the zip ties. I did buy double sided gorilla adhesive tape and it did the trick! Love all the different light settings. Definitely would buy again for the price !

Super excited to get this based on some reviews and the price. Unfortunately I didn’t check ALL the colors when I plugged it in to make sure it works before installing… only then did I discover that two colors didn’t work on half the device at all. Just turned white. Customer service was abysmal… it was text, and they never answered any questions (like how to download/use the app it supposedly comes with since there were no instructions and I couldn’t find one that connected to the lights/I thought maybe I could fix it?), and would ask me one question every 24-72 hrs at like 11pm and then not respond until 24-72 hrs later. A total scam to draw out the return period, I’m guessing. I ended up just returning to Amazon and quit wasting my time and bought a much better product for only $10 more.

Comes with double sided tape, screws, and zip ties for easy install. App interface is a little out dated but still does the job. Would recommend

This kit works grwat im the audi to give a little extra light where you need it. For seeing where your roadtrip muchies are is very useful!

5 colours. Wires are short. If you have a truck it’s not reaching the back. They’re ok. Not for my truck for sure.
