These are simple to use. Sturdy, easy to wash. You need to make sure you don't press aggressively as you don't want to damage your tongue.These don't brush your teeth but take the rubbish off your tongue and then improve your taste and avoid bad breath. Wish I had these many years ago . Could of gifted these to some of my friends but they might think I am being rude. Good value.

Since using this scraper, I really dont know what I was doing before. I really feel like I have drastically improved my oral hygiene and my breath stays fresh. There are different types of scraper depending on what makes you comfortable and I think the material is stainless steal so it is easy to clean.

Having used these for over a week, I've found the product and build quality to be excellent. They are firm and don't bend while in use.Having only used plastic versions before, I must say that the stainless steel versions do take a few times to get used to, because they are less forgiving on the small taste buds at the back of your tongue and if you scrape too hard you could injure yourself. However, with the right pressure it does a very effective job - better than plastic tongue scrapers!And with it being stainless steel, really quick and easy to wash under the tap compared to the plastic ones.I did find the U-shaped scrapers a little difficult to use. Maybe with some practice I'll get the hang of them but found that I struggled to apply the correct pressure and pinch the handles to fit into my mouth all in one step. Much prefer the straightforward tongue scraper in the pack which makes more sense to me.Overall - would recommend.

I've wanted one of these for a long time. Never managed to actually check them out in the basket. It works very well. Much better than using a toothbrush.

handle is a little loose on one side of one of the scrapers but not enough to make me think its going to break
