I was tired of playing the old game of pulling the trash can out under the sink and still having a mess to contend with from our old trash can. This product has made it so easy to pull the bag off the trash as you slide the can forward without spilling and leaving trash behind from spillage. Easy to install just rolls forward, pull the bag out, replace and roll the can back to its position. Fits perfect under our kitchen sink, much more organized under the sun k because the system is in one consistent place.

Easy to assemble even though no instructions. Works well and it looks like will last for long. It is more expensive than IKEA model but much better . The garbage bin that it is recommended from Amazon is too tall for me. I bought a bin around 17 in tall in a local store and it is perfect. Thanks!

My first experience with this product wasn't great after a few weeks usage. The pullout tray became off track, making it difficult to use. Upon contacting the seller, they were extremely helpful and communicative. Product was replaced in no time. The replacement product works perfectly well; smooth; sturdy; easy to install (and reinstall). It didn't require much space for it to hold the trash bin and operate, a well fit in my under sink cabinet which already has the garbage disposer and a hot water heater installed.

I purchased this in January to keep my labs out of the trash can. It broke yesterday (April 3). All the ball bearings fell out and it cannot be repaired. It worked fine until it broke. I ordered a new one. I was contacted by customer support and they are giving me a refund. Great customer service!

I installed it in about 30 minutes. Would have taken me less time, but I had to look for my own screws as the product didn't come with them. Works and looks good and easy to assemble and install, but it didn't come with instructions either. Hopefully, it will last.

It appears to be well made, heavy duty compared to the closet maid Verizon from home depot. Came in a plain brown box with no marks and no instructions for assembly. I'll figure it out, but others may have a challenge putting it together. If you are assembly challenged would think twice.The seller reached out to me tomaplogize and make amends. I change my review to 5 stars. Service after the sale and the follow up was awesome.

Made my world better having a trash can under my kitchen since. Now I don’t have to stare at my trash can in the middle of the floor. Works great. Easy to install.

Easy to install and it seems quite sturdy. Slides easily.
