Does what it says it will do. Even heats up my towels to well. I got it for portable use and it’s easy to clean.

It works great, but the water compartment leaves these little particles and the center part has a weird film on it. I’ve tried to clean it and nothing seems to take it off. It has a strange smell to it too.

The cord connection was bad the handles fell off the tub lost it's shape the numbers rubbed off. I wish I could have sent it back its been a year.

After a few uses the tabs to lock the lid are loose and won't snap securely. Also the knob to adjust the heat is hard to turn. Disappointed with the product.

So far so good! After reading other reviews, I was a little skeptical. But, this does the trick for what a I want. I was able to put 6 hand towels to steam for my facials. It’s not really sturdy and will tip over if you bump it so be sure to place it on something secure and flat away from the edge. Other than that…so far I’m satisfied!

Get really hot but I love that about it

This item if left on for more than a few minutes makes the wash cloths or face covers soaking wet or do you have to ring it out and it’s so hot that you can’t even do that. It was a waste of my money.

This was a lot smaller then I expected. It was okay warming up the towels but not as warm as I expected. Hoping it will last a good while.

It was more like a kids toy.

The capacity is very small, the upper form in which we put towels constantly falls and moves.
