The Partanna is a freshly produced oil packed immediately after the first pressing in mid-October. It is undecanted, therefore greener, more herbaceous and peppery in flavor.

Fresh from Sicily
This oil is simply amazing. It is made at a family farm in Sicily. Olive trees as far as you can see, we met the owner and she gave us an incredible tasting of all the products. I love supporting a company that is multigenerational. Just buy it, because you won't regret it.
